The bike weighs 380 pounds, so it would annihilate the rear end of the Ferrari if they collided. The car also costs much more than the bike, so the driver would be financially fucked.

I get why the Ducati is behind the much slower Ferrari it's because that guy driving the Ferrari wanted to feel like he bought something with some speed instead of grocery getter so he got his buddy to slow down the Ducati so the Ferrari has a chance. Plus that is only way Ferrari is ever going to show off its shinny tail lights to the Ducati
