Rui Pedro Mendonca went missing from Lousada in Portugal on the 4th of March 1998, 10 years ago. Xarabank went to Porugal to speak to his mother Filomena. She beleives that her son Rui Pedro, now 20 years old is still alive. He was spotted in Disneyland and also in a brothel in Holland.
